The Time Box.

The glass box is the symbol for the encapsulation of time, since it used to be a watch box. It’s transparent, which reminds us that time is an illusion and can be easily seen through. 
The feathers are symbols for spirituality, as in feathers from the wings of an angel. 
The cute robot necklace is there to add a steampunk and fantasy feel. Also it’s cute. 
The Golden String symbolizes the linear, circular, ever-winding aspects of time. 
The sparkly little fragments (forgot what they’re called) are symbols for the precious moments in life, shining like little twinkling stars. 
Lastly, the lock with the key in it represents the secrets of time—as well as revelations, since the key is already in the lock. All you have to do is to turn it.
